Welcome to HintApp ("the Service"), owned and operated by Incredible Digital World PTE LTD., a Singapore corporation.

For the collection of subscription payments in INR and other operations of HintApp in India, Incredible Digital World PTE LTD. has authorised Jupiter Digital Motion Pictures, an Indian entity.

Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website, applications, or services. By creating an account or accessing our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and purchase a subscription. Minors may only use the service under the supervision of an adult.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellations

  • Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription tiers (e.g., monthly, annual, ad-supported, ad-free). Details are specified at enrollment.
  • Billing: By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee, plus any applicable taxes.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you.
  • Cancellation and Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.

3. Usage Rights and Restrictions (Limited License)

  • Personal Use Only: The Service and any content viewed through it are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Streaming Limitations: The number of devices on which you may simultaneously watch content is governed by your subscription plan.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to archive, download (except via explicit offline viewing features), reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or offer for sale content obtained through the Service. You may not circumvent, remove, alter, or degrade any of the content protections (DRM) in the Service.

4. Geographic Availability

Content availability varies by geographic location and will change from time to time. We use geofiltering technologies to verify your location. You agree not to use any technology (like VPNs or proxy servers) to obscure or mask your true location to bypass these geographical restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including videos, audio, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Incredible Digital World PTE LTD or its licensors and is protected by Singapore and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • "As-Is" Service: THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
  • Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCREDIBLE DIGITAL WORLD PTE LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Arbitration Agreement: You and Incredible Digital World PTE LTD agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, waiving your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our site or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
